Born from a whale mom and a wolf dad.
Launch, is a excellent navigator. He leads Dirou and Pantsuit to the corners of the planet. He completely knows all the maritime networks and it is he who carries out the connections and the contacts to carry his friends to new shores.
He can take the form of a submarine and also of a sailing ship which he lets himself be transported to by the wind.
Sometimes however, his susceptibility leads him to cause a "storm in water glass".

Although he is younger and less experienced, Launch has strong instincts and sense of smell which he uses to circumvent the obstacles.He takes care of his companions Dirou and Pantsuit so that they are not reversed by unforeseeable waves.
